Adds New VP of Business Development
Shiblie To Undertake New Global
Efforts To Build Strategic Partnerships
COLUMBIA, Md. - June 5, 2000 - TECORE,

has hired Shiblie O. Shiblie to fill the new post of vice president
of business development. In this capacity, Shiblie will focus on
establishing global strategic relationships as well as domestic
and international marketing.
Shiblie comes to TECORE with over a decade of experience in the
wireless industry and several years of director-level achievement.
Previously, Shiblie was director of global marketing for Ericsson
NetQual Inc in McLean, Va. His responsibilities included strategic
direction of global marketing activities, strengthening brand recognition
and building leading-edge, web-based marketing capabilities. Prior
to this position, Shiblie was vice president of systems and products
for LCC International Inc., the wireless telecommunication industry's
leading provider of field measurement and analysis systems. He had
full responsibility for product engineering, development and management,
production operations, sales and marketing.
As a member of TECORE's executive team, Shiblie will be instrumental
in supporting the company's growth and will define TECORE's role
