ISO 9001:2000 defines the necessary requirements for a quality management system that is focused on consistently providing products and services that meet customer quality demands and regulatory requirements worldwide. The new ISO 9001:2000 standards emphasize quality management processes, customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement.

The ISO 9001 certification was achieved following qualification inspections by BSI, Inc., a QMS registrar, and reinforces to customers through an independent third-party, that TECORE operates a QMS in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard.
